I'm a librarian with progressive leanings who came a cross an interesting book that might do us dems some good. It not new so many of you may have read it already - it's called Don't Think of an Elephant by George Lakoff. Our public library doesn't own it right now (I'll try to fix that); but I'd be glad to send a copy if anyone is interested. It is available inexpensively on Amazon.
Candice, do you read this? :)

Come one, come all to our July 13th indoor picnic! It's at the IBEW building off 153, at 6:00pm. For just $5.00 a plate, you will get a fantastic dinner and an opportunity to meet candidates participating in the November election. Bring extra money to buy chances on a fabulous picnic basket filled with surprises!
