Everytime I look on the internet or the news I see that the Republican Party has come out in droves to show support for Fleischmann. What is the deal? I think this is a prime example of what is wrong with the democratic party. Republicans obviously have a more dynamic strategy and that is why they are dangerously close to putting another extreme conservative in D.C.. There are plenty of ways to contact Mr. Wolfe and there should be plenty of offers to host Breakfast bashes and rallies, but why not? Really!!! Why Not? I think the single most important item on the agenda for the counties in the 3rd congressional district should be on how to get Mr. Wolfe in Washington D.C.. I am not a political activist, in fact I am not even that educated in politics...but I have made plenty of observations and I think the democratic party of Hamilton County, in particular, should be completely ashamed of the lack of support for Mr. Wolfe. I have no idea if he will be a great congressman or not, but I do know that I do not want Fleischmann in there with his Tea Party perspective infecting other republicans, independents and those on the fence. I do not particularly care for Obama, but I know that the healthcare plan is good for America in general and the right thing to do. I would not be able to argue articulately with a republican activist but I know that I can't stand having religion shoved down my throat or feeling threatened all the time that Roe v. Wade will be overturned or that another conservative Supreme Court judge will be appointed to sway the votes toward a more conservative (translated insensitive) control over the country. I am sick of the corporations taking advantage of the working class which I know is supported by the republicans. It is obvious to me that Mr. Wolfe is not the pick of the litter, so to speak...so what! Get in there and get energized. I am extrememly disappointed that the republicans are getting so much coverage in the news. I don't know how you guys get voted into these jobs or what it is that you do...but whatever it is, it is not working at all!
